Uygulama: S.Q.W. — Secrets of Quantum Waves (com.secretsofquantumwaves.app)
S.Q.W. ("uygulama"), kullanıcı mahremiyetini temel ilke olarak benimser. Uygulama tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır: hiçbir kişisel veri toplanmaz, hiçbir sunucuya veri gönderilmez ve tarafımızda hiçbir kullanıcı verisi saklanmaz. Bu politika, 6698 sayılı KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Yönetmeliği (GDPR) kapsamında hazırlanmıştır.
Özet: Sizden hiçbir veri toplamıyoruz. Uygulamayı kullanırken oluşan tüm veriler yalnızca kendi cihazınızda kalır, cihazdan hiç çıkmaz ve siz silene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar orada durur. Sunucularımızda saklanan hiçbir kullanıcı verisi olmadığı için tarafımızda bir saklama süresi de bulunmamaktadır.
Cihazda saklanan veriler: Ruh hali tercihleri, oturum istatistikleri, başarım durumu,
PRO preset'leri, dil seçimi, tanıtım (onboarding) durumu ve GDPR onay durumu; ayrıca isteğe bağlı olarak
girmeyi seçerseniz gökyüzü haritası doğum bilgileri (tarih, saat, şehir) ve Gölge Günlüğü yazılarınız.
Bu verilerin tamamı yalnızca cihazınızın yerel deposunda (localStorage / sessionStorage)
tutulur. Hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez, cihaz veya bulut yedeklemesine dahil edilmez
(android:allowBackup="false"), tarafımızca hiçbir şekilde görülmez veya erişilmez.
AURA frekans rehberi: AURA tamamen cihaz içinde, çevrimdışı çalışan bir kart sistemidir. Hiçbir mesaj veya veri internete, herhangi bir yapay zekâ servisine ya da üçüncü tarafa gönderilmez.
Toplanmayan veriler: Ad, soyad, e-posta, telefon, konum, IP adresi, cihaz tanımlayıcıları, reklam kimliği, kişi listesi, fotoğraf veya herhangi bir kişisel tanımlayıcı toplanmaz. Hesap oluşturma veya giriş yapma zorunluluğu yoktur. Uygulamada reklam, izleme pikseli veya üçüncü taraf analitik/SDK bulunmaz.
Hukuki sebep: açık rıza (KVKK m.5 / GDPR m.6/1-a). Amaç, uygulama tercihlerinizin ve ilerlemenizin yalnızca cihazınızda hatırlanmasıdır. Verileriniz profilleme, otomatik karar verme, reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz. Veriler cihazınızdan ayrılmadığı için tarafımıza herhangi bir veri aktarımı gerçekleşmez.
Sunucu tarafı saklama: YOKTUR. Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamadığı ve hiçbir veriyi sunucuya iletmediği için, geliştirici veya üçüncü taraflarca saklanan hiçbir kullanıcı verisi bulunmamaktadır. Dolayısıyla tarafımızda uygulanan bir sunucu tarafı saklama süresi, arşiv veya yedek kopya yoktur.
Cihaz tarafı saklama: Aşağıdaki veriler yalnızca kendi cihazınızda tutulur ve saklama süreleri tamamen sizin kontrolünüzdedir:

Bu verilerin hiçbiri için sabit bir azami saklama süresi uygulanmaz; veriler otomatik olarak süresiz biçimde cihazınızda kalır. Verilerin ne kadar süreyle saklanacağına yalnızca siz karar verirsiniz ve istediğiniz an tamamını kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Cihazınızdaki tüm S.Q.W. verilerini üç yoldan biriyle kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz:
Silme işlemi tamamen cihazınızda gerçekleştiği için ayrıca bize başvurmanıza gerek yoktur ve silinen verilerin bizde bir kopyası kalmaz. Yine de saklama veya silme uygulamalarımıza ilişkin bir talebiniz olursa aşağıdaki e-posta adresinden bize ulaşabilirsiniz; taleplere en geç 30 gün içinde yanıt verilir.
Verileriniz cihazınızdan hiç çıkmadığı için ağ üzerinden iletim, sunucu sızıntısı veya üçüncü taraf erişimi riski oluşmaz; korunması gereken bir sunucu veri tabanı yoktur.

Google Play: Uygulama Google Play üzerinden dağıtılır. Uygulamanın indirilmesi, satın alınması ve Google Play uygulama içi güncelleme özelliği Google tarafından yürütülür ve Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir: policies.google.com/privacy. Bu işlemlerde uygulama sizden herhangi bir kişisel veri toplamaz; ödeme bilgilerinize erişmez ve bunları saklamaz.
Uygulama 13 yaş altına yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
S.Q.W. bir rahatlama, meditasyon ve atmosfer aracıdır; tıbbi tanı, tedavi veya tedavi yerine geçen bir araç değildir. Şüpheli sağlık durumlarında bir sağlık profesyoneline danışınız.

App: S.Q.W. — Secrets of Quantum Waves (com.secretsofquantumwaves.app)
S.Q.W. ("the app") treats user privacy as a founding principle. The app runs fully offline: no personal data is collected, no data is sent to any server, and no user data is retained by us. This policy is provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable law.
Summary: We collect no data from you. Everything created while using the app stays on your own device, never leaves it, and remains there until you delete it or uninstall the app. Because we hold no user data on any server, there is no retention period on our side.
Data stored on your device: Mood preferences, session statistics, achievements, PRO presets,
language selection, onboarding state and GDPR consent state — plus, if you choose to enter them, sky-chart
birth details (date, time, city) and your Shadow Journal notes. All of it is kept solely in your device's local
storage (localStorage / sessionStorage). It is never sent to any server, is excluded
from device and cloud backups (android:allowBackup="false"), and is never seen or accessed by us.
AURA Frequency Guide: AURA is a card system that runs entirely on-device and offline. No message or data is ever sent to the internet, to any AI service, or to any third party.
Not collected: Name, email, phone number, location, IP address, device identifiers, advertising ID, contacts, photos or any other personal identifier. No account or sign-in is required. The app contains no ads, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics/SDKs.
Legal basis: explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Purpose: remembering your preferences and progress locally on your device only. Your data is never used for profiling, automated decision-making, advertising or marketing. Because the data never leaves your device, no data is transferred to us.
Server-side retention: NONE. Because the app collects no personal data and transmits no data to any server, no user data is retained by the developer or any third party. There is therefore no server-side retention period, archive, or backup copy held by us.
On-device retention: The following data is stored only on your own device, and its retention is entirely under your control:

No fixed maximum retention period is applied to this data; it simply remains on your device indefinitely until you act. You alone decide how long it is kept, and you can permanently erase all of it at any time.
You can permanently delete all S.Q.W. data on your device in any of three ways:
Deletion happens entirely on your device, so you do not need to contact us, and no copy of the deleted data remains with us. If you nevertheless have a request about our retention or deletion practices, contact us at the address below; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
Because your data never leaves your device, there is no transmission over a network, no server breach and no third-party access risk; there is no server database to protect in the first place.

Under GDPR Art. 15–22 you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to request information and the purpose of processing, and to request rectification or erasure. Because the app collects no data from you, most of these rights can be exercised directly on your device using the deletion options above.
Because the app runs offline, it contains no third-party data processors, analytics, or ad networks. Fonts are bundled inside the app; no external font or CDN connection is made.
Google Play: The app is distributed through Google Play. Downloads, purchases and the Google Play in-app update feature are handled by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. The app itself collects no personal data during these operations and never accesses or stores your payment information.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
S.Q.W. is a relaxation, meditation and atmosphere tool; it is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for treatment. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns.
This policy may be updated. Changes are published on this page and the "last updated" date above is revised. Significant changes are also announced with an app update.
